What this site is

This site describes and demonstrates REVENZA. Illustrated scenarios are simulations. The area expressly labelled Live Demo connects to a real AI agent through ElevenLabs, but creates no real booking, payment, message, order or contract.

Businesses, customers, conversations and amounts in illustrated scenarios are fictional. Content you choose to type or say in Live Demo is processed as described in the Privacy Notice.

Published pricing and service agreements

The Pricing page publishes standard prices and typical REVENZA scope to help businesses budget. Those prices are not a self-executing offer, and this website does not provide self-service signup.

Scope, delivery schedule, taxes, telephony, third-party services and final price are confirmed in a written Order Form or agreement. If there is a conflict, the document accepted by both parties controls.

Pilots are prepaid in full, do not renew automatically and are non-refundable after work begins. Onboarding is prepaid in full and non-refundable after configuration work begins. Launch and Growth have an initial minimum term of three months; after that term, the customer may cancel on 30 days' notice. Fees, time, voice minutes and messages are not refundable or carried forward unless an Order Form says otherwise or applicable law requires it.

Live Demo conditions

Live Demo is only for people aged 18 or over. Before starting, you must affirmatively accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice, including transmission of conversation data to ElevenLabs.

Do not use Live Demo for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, security testing, automated extraction, or submission of sensitive or third-party personal data. We may rate-limit or terminate sessions that appear abusive.

AI output may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Live Demo for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other consequential decisions.

Currency and conversion

USD is the base pricing currency. VND amounts on the website are indicative fixed-rate conversions for readability, not a live exchange rate. The Order Form or invoice confirms the currency and amount payable.

No professional advice

REVENZA and this website do not provide medical, legal, financial or tax advice, and do not replace licensed professional judgement.

Where REVENZA is deployed for a clinic or other regulated business, it does not assess symptoms, give clinical guidance or diagnose. Those decisions stay with the licensed people responsible for them.

We make no promise, projection or guarantee of revenue, conversion, sales or any other commercial result. We publish no customer names, logos, testimonials or performance figures, and you should not infer any from this site.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site. Do not scrape it for the purpose of building a competing product. Do not use our name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

Our content

The text, design, code and product illustrations on this site belong to JTH Epoch Holdings LLC, except for third-party components used under their own licences, which are listed in the project documentation. You may read, print and share these pages. You may not republish them as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law, JTH Epoch Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website.

This clause concerns this website only. Liability under any services agreement is governed by that agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of this website or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief where it is available.
